J. Craig Flowers is a 4th generation native Texan who served more than 25 years in the U.S. Army, retiring with the rank of Colonel. A Texas Christian University alum and baseball player, his final military assignment was at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Founder of the Sideline Leadership Company, CEOs, NCAA coaches, educators, and other industry leaders, sharing how the most elite teams on earth behave to win. As a keynote speaker, Craig uses humor and storytellng to connect to audiences. Craig is often referred to as the "Paul Harvey of the Texas Hill Country."
Since retiring from the military, Craig founded Sideline Leadership, and offers keynote speaking (tailored to the audience), leadership retreats, executive one-on-one coaching, executive team leader development, and athletics department/coaching staff 360 degree consulting. He travels more than 70,000 miles a year providing his expertise to leaders and teams across the country.
Craig has been married to his wife, Beth for more than 30 years, and the pair have three daughters, and are the proud grandparents to one granddaughter.
When Craig isn't traveling, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
